Good news! Our two source files (lame as they are) are in CVS. Feel free to browse and submit ideas at your leisure.
Well, it's unofficial news, but news. The program has compiled without issue. It communicates with the devices, but no capture yet. So, our first working environment: Fedora Core 5, using GCC and libpcap. Sadly, as I do not have regular access to that particular machine, I will try to "port" it to NetBSD 4.0 (beta) and Ubuntu 7.10. I'll put up the source (what little there is) and compiled binaries, which probably won't work.
Angel's coding phase has begun. Currently, the plan is to use libpcap under Linux to write the bare-bones capture utility. Anyone with experience writing C programs in pcap is welcome to give a hand!
Angel Accountability Monitor is now ready for development. If you want to know more about our project, visit our wiki. Right now, the team is looking for programmers who have a knack for networking, specifically packet capture. Also looking for testers. Inquire within.
