Notes: The 0.0.4 was by mistake compiled as a debug version. Also added some small bug fixes.

Changes: Made wave conversion when loading waves, should fix solaris sound bug. Think i avoided the "games pauses every 2.5 sec" bug. Seems more like a red hat 7.3. - mesa bug as other applications also suffers from it. Fixed extra ball bug. Changed the level so that multiball does not go straight into lain.
