Notes:
This is version 0.9.2a of the threaded SMTP Relay Checker.
I have re-written some of the code and fixed a few of the
bugs. It runs ok on FreeBSD, OpenBSD and linux (I haven't tested any other OS's). It can be used to scan vast
subnets for open SMTP relays and displays the results to a 
web page.
