Release Name: Version 7.00 Beta

Notes: Initial release of almost *total* rewrite of Bazaar. The whole system has been reworked and is incompatible with older versions. You cannot do an upgrade, and we hope you won't want to. This is a completely new version. THIS IS A BETA RELEASE. We are currently running this version on our own servers and it seems to be stable, but it's not 100% yet. More updates are going to come, but for now, we wanted people to be able to give it a try. So here it is. Enjoy.
