Notes: Fixes the TRAPA#34 bug in the sh2 stub. Printf() and family should now work again. Added sh2 stepping into TRAP and RTE opcodes. Sh2 version eliminates muli-line string literals for inline asm. Fixes a suspicious hbuf access in gdb.c for all targets. Sh2 users should move to this release immediately. Others will want to do so if they see unstable memory i/o (hbuf problem).
