- Fixed a couple of bugs - hardcoded querytype on user/fbx_Switch.cfm, incorrect theme handling in /fbx_Settings.cfm
- altered security to use modified list type model
- removed sql files and replaced them with a create script
- cleaned up some layout issues
- reversed order of new id retreival for all record types, to get new id after insertion (this combats a bug where records have been created and deleted, then the new record is given an id of 1)
- added "login" button
- added full use of fusebox.rootpath
