Release Name: 0.2.0pre1

Notes: This is the pre-release to version 0.2.0. Of note in this release is MP support, a simple genetic algorithm system, and and an additional neuron model optimized for speed. Amygdala 0.2.0 requires the Xerces-C 1.6.0 XML library (available from xml.apache.org). Users of Amygdala 0.1.0 should note that the environment variable XERCESROOT has changed to XERCESCROOT with the new version of Xerces-C. The final release of Amygdala 0.2.0 will include better documentation and some additional sample applications.
