Notes: Changes in Version 1.1.0a1 The entire extractor is rewritten based on a command per command instead of row per row. Added some robustness, now recognizes msgcat::mc and mc besides ::msgcat::mc. Also searches for end of message in a more consistent manner, a message is either an atom (e.g. No) or a string contained in quotes or curly brackets. Removed the ability to comment with #!, this will be reworked as a comment option either in msgcat-package or else as a wrapper function.
