* Create, Load, Save, Copy, Cut, Paste, Undo and Redo buttons 
added to the toolbar. Copy, Cut, and Paste don't have 
functionality yet.

* Added icons for all standard operations.

* The toolbar updates itself based on where the caret is at 
in the text. For example, if the text at the caret is red and 
bold, the toolbar will show red in the font color and bold 
should be depressed. That functionality is not in the buttons 
yet, but when it is, thats what it will look like.

* Group Editor validates ranges, and adds groups to the exam.

* An Edit Question Properties wizard was added. You can set 
the question's weight and answer format there. Its not pretty 
yet, but it works.

* Bold, Italic, and Underline options are undoable now. (It 
kind of was before too but now it shows the action and part 
of the affected text in the Undo/Redo options)

* A Help menu with an About menu item was added. It prints a 
copyright notice and GPL statement to the console.

* Setting the color of the text works.

* There was a bug in the previous release that wouldn't save 
the changes on the current question when you hit Save. This 
has been fixed.
