Notes: There are <i>tons</i> of changes and bug fixes in here. Most significantly: <ul> <li>I've completely changed the image handling stuff around. It should be greatly more efficient now, but it is incompatible with older versions, so <b>you must destroy your rcache during your upgrade</b>.</li> <li> I've moved all of the PhotoServlet specific code from spy.jar into the photo stuff proper. This means that the ``spyservices'' entry from the spyrunner.conf will no longer work. Please see the HOWTO doc and/or the sample spyrunner.conf for details.</li> </ul>
