Changes: Foreground / Background can be changed per CD, disc-wide-formatting now possible, 3 new '%''s added: %nn, %nu, %nl for numbers, tracklist column resizing code rewritten from scratch, formatted titles now center ed on y-axis, tracklist on/off (minisize) now remembered, bug in reading CDDB-files fixed, clicking in empty area of tracklist is now quiet.
