Release Name: 1.3.0.6 Version B

Notes: This is a previous version of Syntax2D upgraded by Yongha Hwang and Sungsoon Cho from University of Michigan. Their optimizations result in a significant speed increase in calculation (at least 5x faster). We are looking for user feedback of this new code and hope to integrated it into the stable version of S2D in the near future.
