File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: 1.3.5.2dev

Notes:
This is cdrtfe 1.3.5.2dev-test, an intermediate release for testing 
purposes. The features are mostly identical to the current version
1.3.5, however the graphical user interface has been modified by
Fabrice Tiercelin.

Please let us know what you think. In our forum at sourceforge 
(http://apps.sourceforge.net/phpbb/cdrtfe/viewforum.php?f=9) there
is a thread named 'Feedback: cdrtfe 1.3.5.2dev-test' where you can
post your opinion about the new version. This is also the right
place to discuss problems related to the changes.

This release is only available as a potable version, so you can try
it out wihtout interfering with an installed version of cdrtfe. If 
this version of cdrtfe finds a cdrtfe.ini on your system it will use
the previously saved settings. To avoid this, start cdrtfe with the 
commandline option /portable.

The changes may have introduced new bugs, so please test and report,
if you find a bug.

Reports about how cdrtfe behaves under Windows Vista are welcome.

Some of the translations haven't been updated for quite a while. Any
help regarding the update of existing or the creation of new
translations is much appreciated.

Beginning with version 1.2.1 cdrtfe is released under a new license,
the GPL with a special exception, that allows to combine cdrtfe with
source code licensed under the LGPL, MPL or CDDL. See license.txt for
more information.

Changes:
* Command line:
  - Add the new command /iso to create a CD image.
  - Setting via cdrtfe.ini: ImageRead in [General] is ignored.

* Main window:
  - Add a new file system browser.
  - Enlarge the console.

* Main menu:
  - Merge the File and the Project menu.
  - Replace the CD info, CD image and Video DVD tabs by the Disc menu.
  - Add new dialogs for CD image and Video DVD.
  - Add a new View menu to show/hide the console and show/hide the browser.
  - Move the Settings button to the Extra menu.
  - Setting via cdrtfe.ini: [CDInfo] is ignored.

* DAE:
  - Rename DAE to Audio ripping.
  - Reorganize buttons.

* I18n:
  - Complete the French translation.
