Notes: V0.1 01/01/2002 First Souce Code Release, Just to let others help in this effort. This code comiles with VC++ 6.0, but I've attempted to keep it as portable as possible to other operating sytems. Thats why I chose to write this as a Win32 Console Application. Microsoft makes this hard! Development and testing were done on a PII-400 Win2K system
