Notes: Restarting JXPRESS after a long lull. Due the some changes in later releases of Eclipse jxpress had broken. Fixed that to make jxpress functional again. Unzip the download and install the files inside eclipse/plugins folder for eclipse when eclipse is launched under Java1.4.
