File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: Split v1.0

Notes: Each zip package should contain a file named "COPYING.TXT". You should read it since it is the GNU General Public License and it contains very important notes if you are planning to redistribute this software. The source code can be found here. Just download "split10en_src.zip" or "split10en_src.7z" to get it. Note that files containing "pt" next to the version number are localizations in Portuguese.
