Release Name: Aspyct 3k beta 2
Notes: This release includes deep rewrite to the smart engine and removal of the atExit join point. This rewrite allows Aspyct to support Python versions from 2.4 to (and including) 3.0. Smart engine now runs twice faster than before. Aspect applying has been made more intuitive, and makes full use of decorators. The pointcut utility is up and working as well.
