Notes:
Initial release

Contains Blitz 2.0fcs and Jini binaries - no need for a separate install of Jini 2.x.  Configures the concurrency libraries for the appropriate JDK unlike the old installer.

Note the version number on the dialog needs fixing.  When running this installer on OS X make sure to pass:

-XstartOnFirstThread

On the java command-line or bad things (TM) will happen.
