Release Name: skyeye-1.2.7_rc1

Notes: skyeye-1.2.7_rc1 is released after so long time delayed. The big change is a common memory module is added and it will serve for all the simulated archtecture. We also have to say due to big change of internal architecture of skyeye, maybe some features of new release have some problems. If so, you can choose the old version, skyeye-1.2.6_rc1. The other minor improvement is : 1. more graceful display archtecture we supported , which committed by joel. 2. some correction for at91rm9200 by duzhig.
