Changes:
New installer for Simple Groupware. It helps downloading the latest release, extracts the archive and starts the setup.
You only need to create a new directory (e.g. /var/www/sgs/), make it writeable and place the file "sgs_installer.php" in it.
Then navigate to the file in your web browser (e.g. http//<your-server>/sgs/sgs_installer.php) and follow the instructions.

If your server is not connected to the Internet,
you can download the latest release manually from http://www.simple-groupware.de/cms/Download and
place the file (SimpleGroupware_xxx.tar.gz) in the new directory.
