	Profile dialog - add new share - data is now sorted alphabetically
	Chart update also if second share does not contain data
	Changed defaults for webupdate - start date is now 1/1/2000

Bugs fixed 	
	Chart - special data - did not show data if no data was there and had to be uploaded from web (Threading issue with special data)
	Exception if share is renamed/deleted but still available in profile: Changed to messageBox
	Error at downloading share data with large volume (volume number is now Int64)
	Performance problem when selecting a portfolio with large number of entries (over 10 s) solved
	Profile "Inflation" contained invalid entry (which was not there as share any more)
	TradeSimulation - simulation error if values for indicatorsComposed were not available (now - Windows message to download data)
