Changes: This release includes a couple of new important features: * Device querying in the GSCapture class via the list() method * library loading routines to load gstreamer from custom paths. In windows this allows to include gstreamer inside the gsvideo package, so no more separate installation of gstreamer is needed. * GSPipeline allows to define pipelines that end in a filesink element
