File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: 1.4

Notes:
This new release after a long while of fig2ps does not introduce any new feature, but fixes long-standing bugs and features a rewrite of the manual page, which is hopefully easier to understand now, and many cleanups (which is the reason why the tarball is so much smaller).

Changes:
fig2ps (1.4)

  * Introducing a brand new changelog.
  * Now using geometry to control page layout.
  * Adding an example file for large figures (currently fails with bbox=gs)
  * Now using proper temporary files, which eliminates quite a fair
    amount of troubles
  * Removing some paper size indications in the PS file that were hindering
    the conversion to PDF or the display
  * Updated the README
  * Adding an example with included images
  * Complete rewrite of the Makefile
  * Included images now work properly
  * Made the --add option cumulative, and made --packages reset it.
  * Made the --preamble option cumulative.
  * Complete rewrite of the manual page, which is now in manual format ---
    I don't like POD that much ;-)
  * Slightly updated the configuration file
