Notes:
The first time you start the JBoss server, a exception is thrown: "URI http://www.openkm.org/1.0 is not registered" but don't worry about it because it is not critical. Next time you start JBoss the exception is not thrown because it is related to initial repository creation.

For OpenOffice integration, you have to start OpenOffice as a service:

$ soffice "-accept=socket,host=localhost,port=8100;urp;StarOffice.ServiceManager" -nologo -headless -nofirststartwizard

And set this parameter in OpenKM.cfg:

system.openoffice=on

You can log with

    * user: admin
    * password: admin
