Notes:
To update a current version: unzip the UPGRADE file, copy all files into the 
root directory for your current installation, replacing any existing ones, and 
add the new folder items to the corresponding folders in current installation.

Changes:
New in v2.0:

- Quoted text is prefixed with > to support interleaving of replies, email style

- Threaded View improved:
  - Expand/collapse individual threads from top level
  - Display Author name after comment Subject

- List View: view comments by Subject, Author (ascending/descending) 
  and Date (ascending/descending)

- Flat View: expand all comments in all threads into one file for quick browsing 
  and printing

- 'HTML Allow' setting for a discussion is now pure HTML; 'HTML Disallow' is 
  smart-text (URLs made active)

- Administration provides new database backup tools:
   Backup whole DB | Restore whole DB 
   Backup selected forums | Restore selected forums 
   Backup selected forum's MSG only | Restore selected forum's MSG only
