Release Name: 1.0.0

Notes: Version 1.0.0 of the integration with the OTRS ticketing system. As of OpenNMS 1.5.94, OpenNMS supports integration with OTRS 2.2.0 and later. This is the plugin you need to run on the OTRS side for the integration to work. You will also need the SOAP::lite and SOAP::DateTime perl modules from CPAN or your distribution.
