This is a bug fix release:

    * Performance improvements
    * The collection fixtures (e.g. Array Fixture, Grid Fixture) handle duplicate rows.
    * Exception Keyword Handler fails when no exception thrown.
    * Row Fixture handles HTML characters in surplus rows.
    * The collection fixtures mark surplus rows as grey.
    * ColumnFixture executes getters only once.
