Release Name: 0.4.1
Notes: Full support for user commands was added. Valknut will no longer crash on startup if "Check and recreate share on startup" is enabled. The hub tab bar was fixed. Several memory leaks were fixed, and many minor performance optimizations were made. This release has the same features as the 0.3.15 release of QT3 valknut, and requires dclib 0.3.15. The performance improvement for the userlist was already in 0.4.0.
