Notes: This 1.1.6a production release is a minor correction to the 1.1.6 release.
Changes: Fixes two particular issues in 1.1.6: 1. Paths on Windows were handled incorrectly, leading to failures when default values were specified for primitive values 2. The starter project sample had an error in the "bind" Ant task definition
