Notes: I didn't realize that there were so many differences between the BladeCenter QS22 boards, which I'm using for Cell Messaging Layer development, and the PlayStation 3. Thanks to Anders Bach Nielsen for pointing out the problems getting CML to build and run on the PS3 and helping me troubleshoot the code I hereby release Cell Messaging Layer v1.3, which should work on the PlayStation 3 as well as the BladeCenter QS22.
Changes: 2008-05-09 00:38 Scott Pakin * configure.ac, ppe/cellmessaging.c, spe/barrier.c, spe/coll.c: Modified child calculations to handle non-power-of-two SPE counts. Changed the timebase calculation to read from the more portable /proc/cpuinfo instead of from /proc/device-tree/cpus/PowerPC,BE@0/timebase-frequency.
