Notes:
GEDCOM output performance has been drastically improved, and now writes out the correct change date for a record as well as writing out as UTF-8 instead of using an incorrect CHAR tag.

The GEDCOM parser memory usage has been reduced, although these gains are offset by changes required for change date support.

GedcomEvent now handles classification / type properly.
