Notes:
This alpha releases kicks of the series of dev releases for the 1.2.x release.
The highlights of this version include: new manual in docbook format, plugin support,
refactoring Wiki drivers into plugins, global categories, WikkaWikka integration,
Twiki integration and Freemind support (in browser / export).  This releases also includes
major improvement in the export code and the ability to define columns to include in
View Issues, Print Issues, CSV, and Excel export via the GUI.
