Notes:
This is release candidate 2 (1.0RC2) of the IMDB API. The code still remains in feature freeze until 1.0 is released. Please report any issues as soon as you find them, so we can make sure to have the release as perfect as possible.

Changes:
* code cleanup and API reference updates
* fixed alsoknow() which sometimes messed up on akas.imdb.com
* minor updates to the demo files
* movie comments and plots are now also available in structured form (imdb::comment_split() and imdb::plot_split() methods)
* changes to the Makefile: API classes are now installed into the PHP include_path
