Notes: SongCue 1.0b1 Release Notes This is the first public beta for SongCue. I've never been one to write lengthy release notes. Let's face it, nobody reads them anyway, so I'll keep this brief. Things to note: * Install instructions in the file INSTALL * License in the file LICENSE Beyond that, you are expected to use this in a manner consistent with applicable laws. This program is distributed with no warranty, and its authors and contributors will not be held liable for any damages, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of this software, even if we have been notified that such damages could occur. A reminder: this is beta software. If it breaks, submit a bug report, and we will look into it as time permits. We make no assurances that any bug will be fixed in a timely manner or at all. Should a bug not be fixed, your recourse is limited to A. actually spending money for supported, commercial software, B. nagging us repeatedly by email until we fix the problem or filter you, or C. fixing the bug yourself. We do not provide direct email support for this software. However, we have set up several mailing lists for discussing any problems that you experience.
