Release Name: alpha 0.1

Notes: Alpha 0.1 release. Windows exe installer which contains bundled Jetty application server and Java JVM. Just download and run. Contains ajaxToaster v0.1 with test scripts under [InstallDir]\webapps\ajaxToaster\services\examples. Installs jetty server with ajaxToaster servlet as a windows service. If you have dotnet framework 2 or above then the ajaxToasterMonitor system tray widget will also be run.
