Changes:
* Much improved generic file parsing, support for extracting cab files (often inside msi installers) and many more
* preview for bitmap files by double-clicking
* do automatic format detection if a file is given via the commandline
* replace / in archived file names by _ when extracting, so it is possible to extract such files without first creating lots of directories. This problem (and its security implications) still exists for Windows where :, / etc. would have to be filtered as well.
