Notes: This version of sdricoh_cs enables writting by default. It is also about 3 times faster than the previous versions.
Changes: - simplified read write operations - reading is at least 3 times faster now - workaround for broken SD_APP_SEND_SCR command - added a command filter that checks for untested commands and also avoids the EXT_CSD errors - removed write parameter (writting is now always enabled)
