Release Name: cellbuzz-jpeg2000-1.0

Notes: cellbuzz-jpeg2000 is a JPEG2000 encoder and decoder library optimized for the IBM Cell Broadband Engine. cellbuzz-jpeg2000 is based on the JasPer JPEG-2000 encoder / decoder, Version 1.900.1. The project runs with Cell SDK 2.1 using the gcc compiler. This Cell-based implementation has been completed by Seunghwa Kang under the guidance of Dr. David A. Bader, College of Computing, Georgia Tech (http://www.cc.gatech.edu/~bader).
