Notes: This version adds support for transferring 'ownership' of a song, mp3, artist, venue, etc, to a different user if you are an Admin. Also fixes some other little things here and there that just weren't quite right. Auto-emailing is not yet complete. This upgrade requires you to set all your Hits fields (in MP3Table and SongTable) to 0 if they are currently set to NULL.
