With this release TF enters "alpha" stage.

Changes:
TCL
module_installer.class.php now chmods files and dirs to different persmissions based on passed parameters (file-permissions and dir-permissions).

TCC
Few cosmetic changes on design - polishing modal dialogs, adding icons for action links

bugfix: bug in site_module_parameter_dbc.class.php that caused exception when checking if key already exist.

When installing module now files and dirs are chmod using different permissions (based on global settings in "Settings -> File permissions")

Filesystem permissions now have setting for dir permissions.

Menu item "Settings -> File permissions", groups renamed to "Filesystem permissions".
