Notes:
Added minor bug fixes and UI tweaks.

Changes:
Loading new kits into projects with existing notes will use MIDI import/export settings in addition to name/file matching to determine which notes to reassign/reuse.

Control+clicking on a drum sample in the "Instrument map" tab of the MIDI import dialog will load and play the sample.

Added prompt to MIDI import if some MIDI notes will not be imported, allowing user to assign a MIDI-instrument map before performing the import.

Fixed error that occurred when MIDI notes above 127 were imported.

Application preferences are now saved between releases.

Added a drum kit creation tutorial to the DrumTrack documentation.

Corrected spelling of "Crash Cymbal 2" in MIDI note list.

Changed wording in "move checked items" dialog of the kit editor.
