Release Name: 2.2

Notes:
Finally after some time here is the new rbook version 2.2! The most important new feature of this release is a slideshow feature for multiple recipe images. Also a guestbook was added to the site. Next to many smaller fixes the annoying db-errors some of you noticed should be fixed in this release.

Please report all bugs you may find in the SourceForge.net forums or add a new item to the bugtracker.
