Notes:
Lots of minor changes here add up to this release.

Changes:
- Made many small cosmetic and functional changes to the GUI
- Added a config command line option and improved command
  line option handling
- Ability to specify different config and virtual root files
  for different instances of the server
- Initial coding for total in-the-background runs
- Improvements to the LIST and NLST commands to better
  format their output and to include the correct file mod
  times
- Implemented several of the missing FTP commands including
  RNFR, RNTO, MKD, RMD and APPE
- Cleaned up console-based log and debug outputs
