Notes: 11.30.2007 narsky V07-07-01 A couple of (minor) bug fixes and various changes. See HISTORY for details. Most notably, added root/spr_var_selection.C as an example of the variable selection procedure. Also, implemented format 7 for which lets the user treat output files obtained by SprOutputWriterApp as input files and train sequential classifiers on them. Fixes a bug in SprRootAdapter::correlation() method.
