Notes: NetAtlas release notes July 20, 2007. Version 1.0 First release of NetAtlas. November 20, 2007. Version 1.1 1. Modified software to allow user import of tissue gene expression data. The data must be collected on Affymetrix platform and in tab-delimited format. 2. The error handling features of the software were improved. Dialog boxes are now provided to user that describe the error. 3. At startup, the NetAtlas program now automatically checks to see if newer versions of the software are available.
