File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: V0.5b

Notes:
Minor graphical changes in this release as well as few bugs fixed.

Changes:
- fixed bug when first file number isnt 0 or 1.
- fixed bug not recognizing file extensions if they are in capital letters.
- fixed bug not remembering last used directory if it was typed instead of selected via file browse dialog. Now it stores new folder location on key enter.
- text in URL2 now mirrors all changes in URL1 - add or remove as many chars as you like.
