Notes: The windows version of Neocortex project with QT interface. Tested with version 4.3.0 of QT. See MS Studio 2005 folder on CVS for the source code. Copyright (C) 2007 Saulius J. Garalevicius, David Green (QT based GUI).
Changes: QT user interface. The same code can be compiled and run on Windows and Linux. Some additions to functionality: ability to suppress screen output during training (saves time), optional normalization of recognition results.
