Notes:
A tutorial was intended for this release, but has been put hold.  New features
include microfile tagging, CGI support, and AJAX based networking support.

Version 1.0.46 (PRE-ALPHA)
  - Added Atomic Application Template components
     - Perl or PHP should read static.html and replace the CGI_* strings
        - CGI_USER          - Set to a username, eg from Basic Auth
        - CGI_FILESYSTEM    - Add microfiles (div's) to the Atomic Application Template
  - Added sample Atomic OS "server" scripts, atomosd.cgi and atomosd.php
     - Provides XHR based networking support
     - Adds the following to the default application template...
        - in /sbin:
          - ifconfig          - check the status of an interface (default: eth0)
          - ifup              - create interface (default: eth0)
          - initcgi           - if found, runs following initrc during startup
        - in /bin:
          - netecho           - send a string for the server to echo back
          - nettime           - ask for the servers current time
          - netlog            - read/write log.txt file that exists on the server (hardcoded, sample only!)
  - Added shellExecute() to syslib.js, updated application template
  - Added support for tagging microfiles (eg. 'setTag URTAG /etc/motd' and 'getTags URTAG')
