- Minor bug fixes and modifications (see Change Log)

- NOTE: No Database Change so you should be able to replace all file except config.inc.php. For that file go through an compare to ensure you have all config options.

TO DO FOR Beta 3

- Include FAQ Management by Admin users
- Assign existing answers to new questions
- Assign Users to Private FAQs and subsequent check to ensure private faqs are only viewed by those assigned.

Changes:
- Bug fixes for email notifications
- Ensured that private FAQs are not viewable by users who are not logged in
- Ensured that $allowUserPosts & $usersMustBeLoggedIn are working as expected
