Release Name: 0.9.3

Notes: Includes Eclipse 3.3, the Sun JRE, a very recent pre-release version of CDT 4.0.1, current releases of MinGW toolchain (including gcc 3.4.5) and MSYS, SDL 1.2.12 and wxWidgets 2.8.4. The boost library did not make this release. Everything is now under the Wascana name and directories. Theorectically, you can have both CDT for Windows 0.9.2 and Wascana 0.9.3 installed at the same time, but you're probably better off uninstalling the old version. The info page in the installer mentiones a bunch of new MSYS snapshots. These are in fact not included in this release. I had issues with configure when I used them that prevented me from building SDL and wxWidgets. Only the msysCore package is included.
